Matt Ledoux – Partner

Matt Ledoux, CPA/PFS, MS Accounting joined the firm in 2010. Matt earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation in January 2024. The PFS credential is designed for CPAs who have expanded their expertise to include financial planning and wealth management. Matt has also earned the Series 65 license and is a registered investment advisor representative with the State of Louisiana which allows him to manage retirement and investment portfolios. Matt has worked with individuals and small to mid-size businesses to help them plan and realize their personal and professional goals. He has worked in a broad spectrum of areas, including income and estate tax planning, management consulting, non-profit accounting and business valuation. Matt became an associate partner with the firm in 2013 and was admitted as a partner in 2016.

Matt completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned his master’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University. He earned his CPA license in 2010. Since earning his license, he has been a member of the Society of Louisiana CPAs as well as the American Institute of CPAs. He has also been a member of business networking groups in the Acadiana area.

In addition to assisting businesses in compliance and tax areas, Matt takes pride in consulting with management to create sound financial processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their business.
